Heartgow 2025 – Autumn is a single malt from Hercynian Distilling Co in Germany's Harz, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is an exclusive bottling created by Anna Buchholz, the distillery's head of distilling. It comes from a series of varied single malts made whenever the distillery switches between batches of spirit. This one matured in first-fill Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads, and the bottling is limited to 300 bottles. It is described as having mild smoke and bacon notes with burnt almonds and caramel, followed by a chocolate cake studded with apricots and raisins on the palate.
