Hibiki Blender's Choice is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, the company that has made whisky in Japan since 1899. Hibiki is one of its best-known brands. The blend includes whiskies aged in wine casks. The nose is floral and fruity. On the palate there are flavours of ripe pear and vanilla, with a hint of smokiness. The finish is long, leaving oak and sweetness.
