Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blend of malt and grain whiskies, including Chita, Hakushu and Yamazaki, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. This limited edition marks Suntory's 100th anniversary. The design shows a bridge with Setsugekka, the Japanese art of snow, moon and flowers, standing for the passing of the seasons. The 24-faceted bottle represents the 24 seasons of the traditional Japanese calendar. The whisky is golden. The nose is vibrant, with sage, ripe green apple and hints of ripe pineapple. On the palate, smoke reveals herbal layers, grapefruit and acacia honey, and the finish keeps a cleaner smoke with fresh green citrus.
