Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese whisky from the Suntory family, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Hibiki was first launched as a blend in 1989, and the brand is known for its distinctive bottle design. The nose is floral, with pine, spice, sandalwood and delicate honey alongside some fruit. On the palate there are soft candies, caramel-coated almonds, chocolate fudge and strawberry ice cream. The finish brings gentle Mizunara oak, fresh shortbread and a soft, creamy honey note.
