Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, first introduced in 2015. It brings together malt whiskies from the Hakushu and Yamazaki distilleries with a grain whisky from Chita, and is matured in American white oak, sherry and Mizunara casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose it shows rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, ripe wood and sandalwood. Honey, candied orange peel and white chocolate lead on the palate, and the finish is soft and long with a touch of Mizunara.
