A 19-year-old Highland Park from Orkney, bottled by Blackadder as 'The Orcadian Old Man of Hoy', a name taken from the sea stack off the coast of Hoy. It comes from a single sherry cask, one of 139 bottles, and was bottled in July 2024 at 51.9% in a 70cl bottle.
Blackadder selects this series only from single casks of malt distilled on Orkney. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
