Hillrock Estate Single Malt is a New York single malt whiskey made with New England peat. It was created by owner Jeff Baker and master distiller Dave Pickerell, and comes in a 75cl bottle at 48.2% ABV. The colour is honey amber.
The nose offers crème brûlée and shortbread with caramelised orange and heather. The palate is balanced and smooth, with faint citrus, toffee, dried fruit, cinnamon and clove. The finish is long and slightly dry, with spice and a delicate, lingering smokiness.
