Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon is a bourbon from New York, finished with sherry. The sherry finishing adds walnut, fig and candied fruit.
The nose is sweet, with caramel and vanilla and a slightly floral, fruity edge. On the palate it is well balanced, with roasted corn, toast and raisin. The finish is medium to long, with sweet caramel and butterscotch.
