Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon Sauternes Cask is a solera-aged bourbon from Hillrock, in a 750ml bottle. It is finished in a Sauternes cask.
The nose is sweet, with caramel and vanilla and a slightly floral, fruity edge. The palate is well balanced, with roasted corn, toast and raisin, and the finishing adds walnut, fig and candied fruit.
The finish is medium to long, with sweet caramel and butterscotch.
