Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon is a handcrafted New York bourbon, bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is aged in Hillrock's solera and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is described as caramel and vanilla with cinnamon, fruit and a floral lift. Toffee, molasses and raisin sweetness meet clove and cinnamon on the palate, with walnut and fig accents, and the finish is warm caramel and butterscotch.
