Hobart Whisky – Tasmanian Whisky Liqueur (50cl, 35%)

Hobart Whisky Tasmanian Whisky Liqueur combines the distillery's single malt with Tasmanian Manuka and wildflower honey, orange zest and spice. It is bottled at 35% ABV in a 50cl bottle. The honey leads the sweetness, balanced by plenty of orange peel, while the spices add depth without becoming overbearing. At this strength the single malt still comes through. It can be served over ice, in a cocktail with tonic, or as the base of a hot toddy with warm water, honey and lemon. The finish is long, with spice and orange zest lingering.
