Thunder Bitch is a cinnamon and chili whisky liqueur at 30% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is made by the Zamora Company in Spain on a Canadian whisky base.
Both the cinnamon and the chili peppers are infused directly in the barrels, which gives a layered heat rather than a single note of sweetness.
The nose has soft natural cinnamon with vanilla and a little grain. Sweet cinnamon leads the palate, then chili builds, alongside caramel, crushed pecan and white pepper. The finish is long and warming, ending on a lasting chili kick.
