Ambir is a single malt Scotch whisky from Holyrood Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled using seven special malts and ten fruity yeasts, a recipe that gives the bottling its character.
The whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and in oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled at 49.8% ABV, with no added colouring and without chill-filtration.
