Mars Maltage Cosmo is a blended whisky from the Japanese producer Hombo Mars, released as a 2020 edition and finished in wine casks. The wine cask finish gives the whisky sweet, fruity notes. Hombo Mars now operates two distilleries, Shinshu and Tsunuki. In character it is smooth and medium-bodied, with the sweetness and fruit from the wine casks coming through.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
