Hr. Skov Blåbær/Havtorn is a fruit snaps in a 50cl bottle. Blueberries and sea buckthorn steep in the spirit through the winter, and in spring the snaps is bottled at 38%.
The sea buckthorn adds a pleasant citrus freshness, which suits light dishes of fish or shellfish such as prawns. The colour is pale gold.
The nose is sweet with blueberry and sea buckthorn. On the palate it is mild, round and elegant, with citrus notes and a fresh finish.
