A New York bourbon bottled at 46%, made at Tuthilltown Spirits in the Hudson Valley. It is distilled from 95% New York-grown corn and 5% malted barley, then aged for a minimum of three years in small new charred American oak barrels.
It is the renamed successor to Hudson Baby Bourbon and is Kosher certified.
The nose opens with charred oak, vanilla and maple, with nuttiness and baking spice beneath. The palate is dense, with cornbread, caramel, stone fruit, cashew and allspice, finishing on maple and marzipan. The finish is long and warming, with roasted corn, charred oak and gentle spice.
