Hunter Laing's First Editions Pulteney 21 Year Old (70cl, 59%)

This 21 year old Pulteney comes from the First Editions range by independent bottler Hunter Laing. It is bottled at a cask strength of 59% in a 70cl bottle, natural colour and non-chill-filtered. The whisky was distilled in 2002 and aged in a single barrel, producing 201 bottles. This edition was created to celebrate the debut of Ardnahoe's first single malt. The nose offers apples, toffee and flowers. The palate is sweet, with golden syrup, cherries and vanilla, and the finish is long, with sweetness lingering.
