The nose is dry, with walnut, black tea with cream, light smoke, sliced roast pork and baked apple. On the palate, medium-strength smoke comes with walnut, a restrained malty sweetness and a little baked apple. The finish is long and lightly smoky, turning slightly fruity with a gentle sweetness as it fades.
