Ian MacLeod's Isle of Skye 12 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky, mellowed in oak.
The nose is creamy vanilla, orange zest, ground coriander and honeycomb, with a hint of distant heather fire. The palate is smooth and balanced, with dried apricot, gooseberry and gentle spice. The finish is lingering peat with lime and dark chocolate.
