Ichiro's Malt Chichibu On The Way 2015 is a single malt from the Chichibu distillery in Japan, made by vatting three barrels: one first-fill bourbon, one refill bourbon and one Japanese Mizunara cask.
It was bottled at a cask strength of 58.5% in an outturn of 10,700 bottles. The name nods to the Japanese whisky industry in general.
The palate brings baking spices, apples and nutty malt.
