This is a Bar Show 2019 edition of Ichiro's Malt & Grain, matured in a white wine cask. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2019. It comes from Ichiro Akuto, whose family has been in the drinks trade since the 1600s. His father ran the Hanyu distillery, and Ichiro went on to found Chichibu distillery and took over the remaining Hanyu stock.
