Ichiro's Malt & Grain is a world blend from Ichiro Akuto, founder of the Chichibu distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It marries Japanese whisky distilled at Chichibu with Scotch, Irish, Canadian and American whiskies.
Each component is aged in its homeland before a final maturation at Chichibu. The whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.
It is described as having sweet ripe plums, toffee and black pepper spice, with the lasting warmth of aged malt.
