Il Poggiolino Chianti Classico DOCG

A red wine from Tuscany, made in one of the areas most suited to Sangiovese, the principal grape of this denomination. It is vinified with care and aged in oak barrels, giving balance between freshness and structure. In the glass it shows a bright ruby colour, with intense aromas of cherry, violet and light spicy notes that recall Tuscan earth. The palate is harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish that highlights the typicity of Chianti Classico. It suits rustic dishes such as pappardelle with ragù or roast red meats.
