Inchfad 13 Year Old 2007 is a peated single malt from the Loch Lomond distillery in the Highlands. Inchfad is the name given to Loch Lomond's peated make.
The nose combines floral smoke with rye bread, sour fruits and medicinal notes reminiscent of Islay. The palate is lemony and smoky with a briny edge and a fair amount of sweetness, bringing almond brittle, tar, engine oil and fishing boats. The finish is slightly salty, with earthy, tarry smoke that lingers.
