This is a 10 year old single malt from Inchgower, a distillery in Moray close to the mouth of the River Spey, known for a fairly strongly spiced malt with a clear coastal saltiness. It is No. 2 in the Mossburn Vintage Casks series, bottled on 30 November 2017 from batch 25.0607.2.
It is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
The notes run to biscuits, almond and oily clove with natural spices, and candied orange on both nose and palate.
