Inchgower – 12 Years Old (75.7cl)

Inchgower 12 Years Old is a Highland malt Scotch whisky bottled by Arthur Bell & Sons, in a 75.7cl bottle. The label calls it a de luxe malt from the House of Bell's, distilled and matured in Scotland. The nose combines apples, pears, malt sweetness, wax and caramel with a faint sulphury, spiced edge. On the palate it is medium-bodied and oily, with ripe pear and guava, salted caramel, coastal minerals, dark chocolate and ginger, over a faintly metallic or smoky background. The finish is short to medium and dry, with oak spice, caramelised sugar and nuts.
