This Inchgower is a Speyside single malt distilled on 24 July 2007 and matured for 13 years in a single bourbon hogshead. Artful Dodger Whisky Collective bottled it on 18 May 2021 at 57% ABV, filling 208 bottles of 50cl.
The nose is lively citrus with a fine saltiness and the bite of fresh ginger. On the palate sweet fudge and malty notes meet grilled pineapple, and the strength stays in balance. The long, full finish brings baking spices.
