Inchgower – 2007/2021 13 Year Old Bourbon Hogshead Artful Dodger (50cl, 57%)

This is a single cask Inchgower from the Speyside distillery, bottled by Artful Dodger Whisky Collective at 57% ABV. It was distilled on 24 July 2007, matured for 13 years in a bourbon hogshead and bottled on 18 May 2021. The cask yielded 208 bottles of 50cl, without chill-filtering or added colour. Artful Dodger chose this single hogshead, number 800919, and bottled it at full cask strength as a limited edition. The nose is bright and citrusy, with a light saltiness, ginger and tropical fruit. The palate brings coconut fudge and grilled pineapple with baking spices and strong malt. The finish is long and full.
