This Inchgower was distilled in 2007 and matured for 18 years in a single refill hogshead, cask 801639. James Eadie bottled it in 2026 at 52.5%, filling 407 bottles of 70cl without chill-filtration or added colour. It belongs to the Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland Collection, whose labels use illustrations based on historic photographs of distilleries. Fresh citrus, green apple and honeyed malt mark the nose, with a light sea breeze and soft oak. The palate is balanced and textured, with lemon peel, orchard fruit, toffee and mild spice. The finish is long and clear, with citrus, light saltiness and gentle oak warmth.
