A single cask Inchgower from Speyside, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 at 13 years old by Berry Bros & Rudd for their Summer Releases 2022. It comes from a hogshead and was bottled at a cask strength of 52.4%, without colouring or chill filtration, giving 227 bottles. Inchgower stands on the outskirts of the coastal town of Buckie, and is one of few distilleries to have been owned by a local town council. The nose is crisp, clean and fruity with a hint of sea breeze. The palate is assertive, its fruit cut by a slightly dry edge and a lingering salty tang.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
