A single cask Inchgower from Speyside, distilled on 29 January 2016 and bottled by The Single Cask Ltd on 16 February 2022 at a cask strength of 58.6%. It comes in a 70cl bottle, from an outturn of 152 bottles, and is not coloured or chill-filtered.
It spent the closing phase of its six years in a first-fill Catoctin Creek rye quarter cask, which adds spice to a fruity malt.
The nose offers oak, banana, honey, woody spice, brown sugar and nuts. On the palate come pineapple, banana, oak, honey, nuts, malt sweets and pale grapes. The finish is long, with toffee, nuts, oak and banana.
