This is a 25 year old Inchmoan single malt from Loch Lomond Distillery, part of the Island Collection. It was distilled in 1992, matured in refill bourbon barrels and bottled in 2017 at 48.6% ABV.
Inchmoan is the distillery's more heavily peated style. The malt is dried to 50 ppm, and distilling in straight-neck pot stills softens its smoke.
The flavour is described as peat, malt, light fruit, vanilla, oak and spicy cask notes.
