Inchmurrin 12 Year Old Vintage 2014 1st Fill Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Cask #24/2014 The Old Friends (55.9%)

This is a single cask Inchmurrin from The Old Friends series, an unpeated Highland malt from the Loch Lomond Distillery. It was distilled in January 2014 and bottled in August 2026 at 55.9% ABV, after twelve years in a first-fill Kentucky bourbon barrel. Cask #24/2014 gave 151 bottles. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The character is fruity, with pears, green apples and zesty citrus alongside coconut, creamy toffee and sweet vanilla. The bourbon barrel adds vanilla, caramel and oak.
