Indri – Trini The Three Wood Indian Single Malt

An Indian single malt from the Indri distillery, bottled as Trini, The Three Wood. Indri has made single malt since 2012 in the foothills of the Himalayas, near the Yamuna basin, and takes its name from the small city in Haryana where it stands. Its six-row barley is grown by family farmers in Bundi, Rajasthan. The spirit is distilled in six copper pot stills made in India, and the distillery runs its own cooperage to assemble, toast, char and repair its barrels. Graeme Hamilton Bowie is master distiller and Surrinder Kumar master blender.
