Infrequent Flyers Glen Keith 1993 28 Year Old

This is a Glen Keith single malt from Speyside, distilled in 1993 and bottled at 28 years old by Infrequent Flyers. The whisky was transferred into an ex-rye whisky cask for part of its maturation and bottled at full strength. The nose is elegant, with grapefruit, candied mango and papaya alongside slight mineral and waxy touches. On the palate come fruit and malt, barley water, orange, peach tea and Bakewell tart, with the wax returning. The finish is clean, fruity and citrusy.
