This is a 34-year-old Islay single malt, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage at cask strength. It comes from a single bourbon barrel.
The nose combines almonds, fresh citrus and ripe peach with clear smoke, salt and sea air. On the palate, fresh malt and a salty base carry well-integrated smoke, then tropical mango and papaya, with a cool sea breeze. The finish is robust and maritime.
