Fyrtårnet is a 15 year old Danish single malt from Nyborg Destilleri, bottled under the Isle of Fionia name. It is an organic whisky, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
It comes from a single ex-Oloroso cask and is bottled at a cask strength of 55.3% ABV. Only 104 bottles were filled.
The nose offers raisins, dried fruit, vanilla and honey. On the palate it is creamy, with honey and dried fruit again to the fore.
