A Danish single cask single malt from Nyborg Destilleri, aged 12 years and bottled at a cask strength of 56.7% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled at Ørbæk in August 2013, before Nyborg Destilleri installed its own pot still in 2017.
It matured for 12 years in a Manzanilla butt and was bottled in August 2025, in an edition of 480 bottles. The whisky is organic certified, not chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose has salted nuts and Iberian ham. Palate and finish are mineral and salty, with a nutty character.
