Isle of Fionia Stilhed i Stormen 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 58.2%)

Stilhed i Stormen is a Danish 10 year old single cask single malt from Nyborg Destilleri, released under the Isle of Fionia name and certified organic. It is bottled at cask strength, 58.2%, in a 70cl bottle, from 233 bottles. The whisky was distilled at Ørbæk in December 2014, before Nyborg Destilleri installed its own pot still in 2017. It spent 10 years and 9 months in a PX sherry butt and was bottled in September 2025, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose offers raisins, vanilla, plums, liquorice, dried fruit, cocoa and prunes. The palate brings liquorice, oranges, Christmas cake and raisins with a touch of cocoa, and the finish carries raisins, dried fruit and plums.
