Isle of Jura Rum Cask Finish is a single malt whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was first matured in former bourbon casks made from American white oak, then given a second maturation in selected rum casks.
The nose is marked by guava, coconut and sugared almond, with apricot and a hint of lemon behind. The palate is full and soft, with vanilla and gentle caramel, followed by ripe mango, banana and guava. The finish is long and soft, the fruit and caramel lingering.
