Jack Daniel's – 10 Year Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 4 (70cl, 48.5%)

This is Jack Daniel's 10 year old Tennessee whiskey, Batch 4, in a 70cl bottle at 48.5% (97 proof). The barrels aged in the Buzzard's Roost of the distillery's barrelhouse. They were then moved in stages to the lower floors of different barrelhouses over the ten summers, extending the ageing process. The distillery credits the wide weather variation between those locations, together with the long time in its handmade oak barrels, for the whiskey's intense and distinctive character.
