This is a Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, bottled at 37% (74 proof) in a 70cl bottle and made for the Australian market.
The 1907 was first released in June 2011 and marks the year Lem Motlow took over the Jack Daniel's Distillery. It is a lighter-bodied whiskey, matured in the cooler parts of the barrelhouses, which gives a slightly sweeter, mellow profile.
