This is a Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, made for the Australian market and first released in June 2011. It is bottled at 37% (74 proof) in a 70cl bottle.
The name refers to 1907, the year Lem Motlow took over the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The whiskey is lighter-bodied, and it was matured in the cooler parts of the barrelhouses, which gives a slightly sweeter, mellow profile.
