Jack Daniel's – Blackberry Tennessee Whiskey Liqueur (70cl, 35%)

This is a Tennessee whiskey liqueur from Jack Daniel's, bottled at 35% in a 70cl bottle. It starts from Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey, made from corn, rye and malted barley and filtered slowly through sugar maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process at the Lynchburg distillery. A liqueur made with natural blackberry flavour is then added. The colour is deep amber with ruby highlights. The nose offers ripe blackberries, wild berries and black cherries alongside vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. On the palate it is soft and silky, with sweet blackberries, blueberries and honey, and the finish carries red fruit, vanilla and a little wood.
