Jack Daniel's – Bonded Tennessee Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

This is a Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It uses the distillery's familiar mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye. It is made to the standards of the Bottled-in-Bond act of 1897. That means the whiskey comes from a single distilling season, is bottled at 100 proof and is matured for a minimum of 4 years in federally bonded warehouses at the distillery. The barrels were hand-selected for deeper colour, flavour and aroma, giving a darker, richer and more oak-forward character.
