Jack Daniel's – Bonded Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

A Bottled-in-Bond Tennessee whiskey from the Lynchburg distillery, bottled at 100 proof (50%). It is a bolder take on Old No. 7, made from barrels hand-selected for a deeper, richer character and mellowed through charcoal. The bond standard means the whiskey comes from one distillery and one season, and has aged for at least four years. The nose is caramel and oak with a hint of spice. On the palate come charred oak, vanilla and a gentle sweetness, followed by a long, warming finish with a lingering touch of spice.
