This is a Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 37.5cl bottle. It is a distillery exclusive from the Distillery Series Selection, picked by former Master Distiller Jeff Arnett.
The finish gives the edition its name. A hand-crafted barrel first matured Jack Daniel's, then held Tennessee red wine, and finally returned to the distillery to finish a small batch of the whiskey.
This second barrelling brings notes of caramel and oak, with whispers of cherry and blackberry.
