Jack Daniel's – Fire (70cl, 35%)

Jack Daniel's Fire is a whisky liqueur at 35%, in a 70cl bottle. It takes Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 as its base and adds cinnamon, which gives the fiery note behind the name. The idea came from the works fire brigade in Lynchburg, Tennessee, and the bottle's colours follow those of American fire services. The liqueur is a reddish gold. The nose is spicy, with cinnamon, caramel and oak. Cinnamon leads on the palate, alongside vanilla and spice. The finish is long and warming, with a wintry cinnamon character.
