Jack Daniel's – Gentleman Jack (70cl, 40%)

Gentleman Jack is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Every drop passes through charcoal filtering, a layer of charcoal three metres deep, which leaves a touch of the charcoal in the flavour. The distillery also uses the sour mash method, starting each batch with part of the previous one. It is described as soft, with a smoky tint from the charcoal alongside sweet fruit and vanilla, and a full, sweet taste ending in a light smoky finish.
