Jack Daniel's – Gentleman Jack (70cl, 40%)

Gentleman Jack is a Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was created in 1987 as a tribute to Jack Daniel himself. Its character comes from charcoal mellowing carried out twice rather than once. The barrels are matured only on the lower floors of the barrel house, where the climate is less intense, which gives a softer, lighter flavour.
